Kashrut

Kashrut is not a detail for us. It is the foundation of everything we serve.

• Mehadrin: the entire stay is Mehadrin, from the first breakfast to the last dinner.
• Meat: Glatt Halak, Beit Yosef standard.
• Bishul Yisrael: all cooking is done by Jewish hands, without exception.
• Supervision: Espace Gourmet works under the Hashgacha of Morocco, led by Rav Yitzhak Bouskila. For Pesach 2027, Rav Nessim Sebag will also oversee every preparation on site and issue the Mehadrin certificate.
