Our caterer, Espace Gourmet, brings you authentic Moroccan food unlike anywhere else, using Madame Elbaz’s famous recipes. Kosher for Pesach 2027 under Rav Yitzhak Bouskila, with a Mehadrin certificate from Rav Nessim Sebag, Glatt Halak, Beit Yosef standard.
Since 2001, Espace Gourmet has been feeding Morocco’s Jewish community: Shabbat tables, Bar Mitzvahs, weddings and holidays. Twenty-five years of experience, and a name families trust.

Behind Espace Gourmet stands Madame Elbaz. Her cooking is known across Moroccan Sephardic communities around the world, from Casablanca to Paris, Montreal, New York and Israel. For many guests, her name alone says what kind of table they will find: generous, refined, and true to the flavors they grew up with.
Fresh ingredients, above all
Our greatest strength is what goes into the pot. We choose every ingredient for its quality and freshness: fish, meat, vegetables, herbs and spices from Moroccan markets, and the finest kosher products imported from Europe. We cook everything on site, every day. Nothing is reheated from the day before, nothing comes out of a box.
